Today was a busy day of cooking. To keep things easy, we stuck to some tried-and-true recipes. J made our favorite sloppy joes, and I made some macaroni salad for an accompaniment (modifying a Cook’s Illustrated recipe). J also made cauliflower and tofu masala, and I made butternut squash and leek risotto. Since we had run out, I also made another double-batch of granola. It should be a tasty week ahead!
P.S. I haven’t forgotten about updating yesterday’s post about our Ale Asylym tour, but I’m out of steam and promise to do that soon!
