If you live in the Madison area but either aren’t following @wearychefjoey on Twitter or haven’t liked The Weary Traveler on Facebook, you are doing yourself a serious disservice.

Thanks to social media, I learned this afternoon that tonight’s Weary special was “Oberon-sage braised [Jordandal Farms] pork shoulder on a housemade baguette with arugula, tomato & orange horseradish mayo. With our house potatoes and greens for $11.” Um, yes please! It was as delicious as it sounds. I needed a bit more of the amazing orange horseradish mayo, and our server graciously brought me an extra ramekin. Add a couple of Oberons on tap, and I left a very happy camper.
