It’s a new year in Wisconsin craft brewing

Having recently looked back at the year that was in Wisconsin beer, it’s time now to look ahead to what’s in store for 2013.

Thankfully, Robin Shepard has just what we need, providing all the details in a recent Isthmus piece.

One item in particular caught my attention:

Fans of O’so [Brewing Company in Plover] will see more sour beers, as well as more big bottles, in some cases together. Owner and brewmaster Marc Buttera says he’s planning to release several of his sours in 750 mL corked bottles. The first will be his Wee on the Lamb, a sour brown….
